Blue Light IT, a leading cybersecurity company, is looking to hire a Help Desk Level 2 IT Support Technician with understanding of cyber security.

Are you an experienced IT professional looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a Level 2 IT Support Technician to join our team. As a Level 2 technician, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to our clients and troubleshooting basic and complex issues.

The ideal IT Helpdesk Level 2 candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT support, preferably within an MSP environment
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Knowledge of networking protocols
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 management
  • Experience with firewall management
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A desire to continue learning and expanding your skills
  • Basic knowledge of Cyber Security principals
  • Actual real-world experience with cyber security incidents is a plus
